For strawberry sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice, 6 packets Equal sweetener and 1 package frozen unsweetened strawberries – (16 oz), thawed.
Mix the crumbs, vanilla and margarine together. Also add the 3 packets of equal sweeteners and spread the mixture equally on the bottom of a 9 inch pan. Keep aside a tablespoon of crumb mixture. The remaining mixture needs to be applied on the sides of pan. Now cook the crust at 350 degrees until it is light brown and allow it to cool. Now take a large bowl and mix cream cheese, and 18 packets of equal sweeteners. Beat eggs, cornstarch and egg white in the same bowl until it gets nice and fluffy. Add the sour cream and vanilla and blend it well. Pour the mixture in the crust and place it in the oven. Add 1 inch hot water to the pan, to avoid dryness. Bake the cake for 45 to 60 minuets and allow it cool. Later refrigerate the cheese cake for minimum 8 hours and serve it with strawberry sauce.
